Jon started Best Offer REI to pursue his passion for remodeling homes and achieve his dream of entrepreneurship. As the company has grown, he has been joined by his wife, Marie, and his incredible team of acquisition specialists and renovation experts. We are locally owned and operated, and are currently purchasing properties in all of Northern Ohio, including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Toledo, and all of the surrounding suburbs.

We are not a huge corporation and you are not just a number to us! We are a family owned company, and have intentionally chosen to keep our projects local so that we can personally oversee every transaction and keep things running smoothly. Our company operates on the premise of honesty and integrity. We are committed to providing you with transparency and a great experience.

Best Offer REI specializes in buying houses for cash in any condition (really! we love a good before and after!) no matter the reason for selling. Homes that we purchase are fixed up to sell, or added to our rental portfolio. Our company believes that every single person in our community deserves a safe, clean, beautiful, and affordable place to live. We don’t buy into the “slumlord” mentality of just completing projects as fast as possible and putting out subpar work.
